Mindfulness is an integral part of the way I work. Mindfulness is an attitude as much as a skill. Taught well and practised properly it can bring many benefits and improve your ability to live in appreciation.
My approach is informed by many years of studying western disciplines including hypnosis, and NLP, and many decades of practice and study of eastern disciplines, primarily meditation and mindfulness ( I was an ordained Buddhist for 20 years).
